Who is D.S. Newman?

D.S. Newman is an independent author and publisher of original English light novels, interactive pick-a-path/gamebooks, isekai, comedy-fantasy, and literary crossovers. He is the creator of the Dreamt Light Novel Series (I Dreamt I Was a Red Knight’s Squire) and the Dorothy & Alice Pick-A-Path Series. His work blends action, adventure, fantasy, sci-fi, romance, and comedy for teen, young adult and mature adult readers who enjoy genre-crossing stories.

After writing underground for more than a decade, he’s finally brought his work into the mainstream through an official website and in person events.

If your reading tastes are eclectic, then you have come to the right place. Because D.S. Newman’s writing style crosses the threshold of the outdated concept known as “Genre” and takes you through fictional tapestries of Action, Adventure, Fantasy, Sci-Fi, Romance, Comedy and more! Readers who enjoy everything from classic literature, to modern Light Novels, will appreciate his blended style that is often accompanied by the hottest illustrators in the business today.

His works have been featured on web novel/webcomic sites like Royal Road, Tapas, Webtoons and many long forgotten Angelfire domains. Now that he is fully available in both ebook and print, his works are accessible to the everyday reader. Such as his primary series….
